Shipping policy

At the time of checkout you will be able to see your estimated shipping time. 

Typically, we ship within 5-7 business days after time of purchase. However, express shipping options are available for most items. For more details, please review the shipping information under each product.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING POLICY 

Orders received in after 12 noon central time that have been upgraded to next day air will be dispatched the following business day as long as the item is In stock.

***In stock items that are ordered with overnight service may be dispatched on the same business day order is placed only if the order is placed by 12pm noon CT.***

A signature will be required at time of delivery for all deliveries.

If your item is lost, damaged or stolen, CALECHIE is not responsible for that item. Please be sure to include the correct name, email and mailing address at the time of purchase. Once your order is placed, we cannot update your shipping address.
